  1. Thank you for sharing your findings! Would you mind telling me why you do 2 transactions for example Rite Aid this week appears as though you only used 1 card, but 2 seperate transactions, can you tell me the benefit?
    Thanks.

  2. At Rite Aid I actually did the deals on two different cards this week.

However, some weeks it is beneficial to break down your purchases into multiple transactions to keep you out of pocket costs lower. Especially at Rite Aid because their UP rewards expire in 2 weeks. So for instance you can buy half the items you want and pay for them using UP rewards from a prior week bringing your out of pocket costs down as far as possible. Then turn around and immediately use the UP rewards from that transaction to pay for the next transaction.

  3. Okay thank you, do you go to 2 different stores? I tried to do it at same cvs store 2 different cards and they wouldn't let me.

  4. I usually go to two CVS and two Rite Aid each week and use one card at each store. Sometimes I will break down my transactions at each store, but only using the same card/account at that particular store.

Hopefully that isn't too confusing :o)

  5. Not too confusing...but sounds very time consuming! Thanks again, I'm starting to get the hang of it!
